Buff and handsome, Chris was kind enough to take a break from his strength-training routine to show off the results of all that hard work at CF. Of course, whenever he wasn’t filming, he still found plenty of time to put our gym to good use!

Chris loves working out, and it shows in more ways than one. His powerful build is certainly impressive, but his real passion becomes clear the moment he starts talking about lifting and strength training. His face lights up, his energy kicks in, and you quickly realize fitness is much more than exercise to him. It’s his favorite hobby and a genuine part of who he is.

Chris also has a wrestling background, which has us imagining how good he must have looked competing in a singlet! When he isn’t in the gym, he’s usually gaming. He gets nearly as animated talking about video games as he does about lifting, especially when competition is involved. Even during his downtime, Chris doesn’t exactly take it easy. He approaches gaming with the same focus and intensity he brings to every workout.

That competitive drive is matched by plenty of confidence in front of the camera. Chris clearly enjoys showing off his impressive physique, and with a body like his, who could blame him?
