Anti-Human Trafficking Policy

Corbin Fisher maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, coercion, exploitation, and any other form of involuntary participation.
All performers appearing in our original productions are consenting adults. Performer identity and age are verified using government-issued identification, and required consent and release documentation is obtained before participation. Verification is performed before production and confirmed again upon arrival prior to filming. These procedures are intended to ensure that every performer is an adult participating voluntarily and without force, fraud, coercion, or undue influence.
Controlled Production and Performer Verification
Unlike open user-generated content platforms, Corbin Fisher does not permit members or the general public to upload or sell content through the website. Content is produced by us or acquired through direct contractual relationships with verified adult performers.
Before participating in a production, performers must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Present valid government-issued identification.
- Complete required performer agreements and consent documentation.
- Confirm their voluntary participation.
- Be free from force, fraud, coercion, threats, intimidation, or undue influence.
- No production may proceed when there is a credible concern regarding a performer's age, identity, ability to consent, voluntary participation, or personal safety.
Zero Tolerance
Corbin Fisher prohibits the creation, publication, distribution, or monetization of content involving:
- Human trafficking or sex trafficking
- Forced labor or involuntary participation
- Force, fraud, coercion, threats, or intimidation
- Exploitation or abuse
- Minors
- Individuals who are impaired, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to provide informed consent
Any credible concern involving trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or performer safety is investigated and may result in suspension or removal of content, termination of business relationships, and referral to law enforcement when appropriate.
Compliance and Recordkeeping
We maintain performer identity, age-verification, consent, release, and production records in accordance with applicable law and our compliance procedures, including applicable requirements of 18 U.S.C. ยง2257 and 28 CFR Part 75.
We cooperate with our payment processors, acquiring banks, merchants of record, card networks, and appropriate law-enforcement authorities regarding credible trafficking concerns or compliance investigations when required.
Reporting Concerns
We take allegations of human trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or involuntary participation seriously.
Anyone with a good-faith concern regarding content appearing on Corbin Fisher may contact our Customer Support team to submit a report.
Reports involving performer safety or suspected trafficking are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken when warranted.
