Content Removal and Compliance Reporting

Corbin Fisher and its affiliated sites are fully produced, paid-membership platforms. All videos and images are created in-house by Liberty Media Holdings using professional performers who execute written model releases and legal agreements prior to filming. We do not permit user-generated or uploaded content of any kind.

All published material is reviewed and maintained in compliance with applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements.

We recognize that concerns may arise. We maintain a dedicated compliance team that reviews and resolves valid legal or contractual concerns promptly and confidentially.

Important Notice Regarding Contracted Performers

All performers appearing on our sites have signed binding agreements granting Liberty Media Holdings the right to produce, distribute, and display the content as outlined in those agreements.

This reporting form is intended for:

• -Non-consensual content concerns
• -Allegations of recording or distribution without consent
• -Unauthorized disclosure of personally identifiable information
• -Copyright or trademark claims
• -Specific, substantiated allegations of legal or contractual noncompliance

This form is not intended for requests based solely on a performer’s subsequent change of preference, personal circumstances, or reputational concerns following execution of a valid agreement.

How Reports Are Handled

All reports are reviewed by our internal compliance team and treated as confidential.

Because all content on Corbin Fisher and affiliated sites is produced and distributed directly by Liberty Media Holdings, each report is evaluated against executed performer agreements, signed model releases, verified consent documentation, and applicable legal record-keeping requirements.

Performer agreements are binding legal contracts. Content will not be removed or restricted absent a verified legal violation or a substantiated breach of contract.

We do not disclose the identity of individuals submitting reports except where required by law.

Once a report is received, we will:

• 1. Acknowledge receipt within one business day.
• 2. Review the content and associated documentation.
• 3. Determine whether a legal or contractual issue exists.
• 4. Take appropriate action if required by law or contract, or provide confirmation that the material is compliant.

• -Depicts you and was recorded or distributed without consent, or otherwise constitutes image-based abuse;
• - Reveals personally identifiable information (such as your full name, address, or phone number) without authorization; or
• - May otherwise violate law or our Terms and Conditions.
